Add cutting edge to your efforts...


We have talked about more engagement socially with customer in my last post. Now question is how? There was a time when these things were taking time in days, but not now. Here we are now living in technically more advanced age, there are many tools available to get engaged more professionally, cost effectively and speedily. Thanks to emails, social media tools, sharing circles, TV and many more. All tools lead us to make strong relationship with customers. As much as you get aware and use, everything can be learned by self. People are more informative and socially connected than history. So start, use it, be connected with your customer and more engage. In my blog also recently I have added some features for your usage and understanding like "Follow by mail", "Join thin site", "Invite friends", "Related news", "Search on site", interconnecting social tools.

Yes friend, you got it right. Socially engage with customers by all means. Promote your products in every social occasion of the customer. Communicate the message that your product or service is as important as the event and especially adding more joy in the event. Then customer expect little bit more, and that is the ”Social Customization” of your product. Also on every occassion, event or celebration you should communicate before and after about how your product will add a new dimension of happiness in the occassion. How to ENGAGE with your "CUSTOMERS"..


Engage means to keep in touch in friendly manner with your customer! When your customer is unknown to you or NEW to you, you (your brand, company or sales person, ad whichever represents) are also unknown or NEW to him. In such case based on common human behavior "He" or "She" may not be likely attract to your brand at first glance or initial approach. Hence initial welcome or initial branding of your service or image is far more important than selling product to him. Many ways to engage with your customer by all sorts of communications (verbal,email,social etc.). Make them happy, may force come from their inside...

As I told earlier buyer will always listen which he likes not you want to speak about. So here point is tell something which make him listen your point and make him happy after knowing something. The average salesman sometime directly or indirectly forcing the buyer to accept the things or accept to make buy with some influence other than his inner desire to accept. So this time it may be your product will get customer but the sales-person will lose the customer for any future product or sale by his impression. So as simple as a rule, make try to convince with buyer's own acceptance rather than by any force or scripted illustrations.

Teach them and you will Learn...new lesson everytime



Probably it's somewhat different than selling. You have to educate the buyer, by elaborating possibility of fulfilling his requirement. Quality of your product or service is not what you spoke but it's that what the buyer listen. So most innovative and impressive way is to tell something which is related to product or service and the buyer may get benifit out of it. It may the potential or inherent benifits or personality related or social or monetary or some special to individuals which he (buyer) will listen. By this way indirecly you are engaging him with the product or service you offer and hence stepping further to make him your 'Customer' !!

Do you remember the questions arose in your mind when you were buying baby products or some new product? Surprisingly your mind is seeking answers for your questions without your notice, and it's natural for every customer. Once you get convinced for majority of questions more you like to be near with the product or say eager to select it. The selection and  influence algorithm works in multiple stages and its output come with Yes or No or No for that time.

Serve what they want..

”Serve” them (your Audience) with their menu in demand. Any artist or cook or seller want to give his best and try for the same, but his efforts can get success only and only when his effort meets Audience's expectations. Here point is not about success tricks but to focus on what should do at what amount and to convince the Audience about it. In simple words be oneself in crowd of the Audience and write demand from your marketing campaign.

Importance of Audience...

Continue with thinking about Audience, I would like to add that one should keep himself in shoe of Audience, then he should think of product, appearance, demanding feature, basic feature, most attractive feature, uniqueness, affordable criteria, quality and suitability of need and desire for the product or service. If we are customer/Audience then what we expect, how much we get is most important while selecting or choosing one from many options in market. It's direct winning strategy if product / service marketing is carried out based on this simple thumb rule. 

Think about Audience...

Hi...you know very well what does mean Audience, yes..it's the Customer ! Now why to think about Audience?? Just because any strategy, marketing plan or advertisement campaign only worth if it is acceptable and adaptable to the "main Audience"..here "main" means our targeted customer. If it's upto marks in terms of acceptable and "enjoyable" to the main Audience, then only the Admarketing can get success and return.
