Most reliable approach of engagement is "by Feedback"

Hi Friend, Nice to see you this week too!. In last post we have seen how to utilize some new methods to increase or establish engagement with our existing/potential customers. Here in this post I am giving little more emphasize on "Feedback" directly from your "Customers". Yes we are in the world that many agencies are there to give us survey, many reports and publications are readily available to make strengthen our approach. But in all these stuffs I am giving more score to direct input from your customers. Yes, that is the tablet which have direct effect on your marketing and promotion efforts. It's your customer who will going to use ultimately your stuffs which are developed from various inputs. If he is not satisfactory giving opinion or usage feedback then your communication is not well in 360 degree feedback. And your have to go deep to workout many ways to get direct responses, comments, suggestions, complaints, improvement dialogues to make new draft guidelines. Go and get maximum feedback before final evaluation of your product or service.

Socially Engage - a new approach !



Yes friend, you got it right. Socially engage with customers by all means. Promote your products in every social occasion of the customer. Communicate the message that your product or service is as important as the event and especially adding more joy in the event. Then customer expect little bit more, and that is the ”Social Customization” of your product. Also on every occassion, event or celebration you should communicate before and after about how your product will add a new dimension of happiness in the occassion. Message, email, verbal, audio video, Print media are the channels of communication

How to ENGAGE with your "CUSTOMERS"..


Engage means to keep in touch in friendly manner with your customer! When your customer is unknown to you or NEW to you, you (your brand, company or sales person, ad whichever represents) are also unknown or NEW to him. In such case based on common human behavior "He" or "She" may not be likely attract to your brand at first glance or initial approach. Hence initial welcome or initial branding of your service or image is far more important than selling product to him. Many ways to engage with your customer by all sorts of communications (verbal,email,social etc.).
