We have talked about more engagement socially with customer in my last post. Now question is how? There was a time when these things were taking time in days, but not now. Here we are now living in technically more advanced age, there are many tools available to get engaged more professionally, cost effectively and speedily. Thanks to emails, social media tools, sharing circles, TV and many more. All tools lead us to make strong relationship with customers. As much as you get aware and use, everything can be learned by self. People are more informative and socially connected than history.
