How to ENGAGE with your "CUSTOMERS"..


Engage means to keep in touch in friendly manner with your customer! When your customer is unknown to you or NEW to you, you (your brand, company or sales person, ad whichever represents) are also unknown or NEW to him. In such case based on common human behavior "He" or "She" may not be likely attract to your brand at first glance or initial approach. Hence initial welcome or initial branding of your service or image is far more important than selling product to him. Many ways to engage with your customer by all sorts of communications (verbal,email,social etc.).
